Whether you’re waiting to receive your little bit of splendour in a little grey gift box or perusing the Loupe collections, here’s some good-to-know information about our delivery and collection services.
Each piece is packaged by hand giving it all the care and attention that it deserves. Plus, to keep things discreet we make sure no mention of Loupe is on the outer packaging when it arrives at your door. We don’t want to ruin any surprises now, do we?
Inside the discreet packaging, each Loupe piece will arrive safely nestled in our Loupe branded box, it also makes for a great way to keep your jewellery in between each wear.
Complimentary next day delivery
Your delivery experience is important to us, that’s why it’s on us. You can also pick your preferred nominated day to make sure you’re going to be in when your parcel arrives. And to ensure you receive only the very best delivery service, we’ve chosen DPD as our distribution partners.
- Order before 8pm Monday to Friday for complimentary next day delivery
- Order before 7pm Saturday and Sunday for complimentary next day delivery
- Your order will be delivered by DPD
- You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking link

Exceptions to delivery times
Some ring sizes may have longer delivery times, but we’ll be sure to let you know if this is the case. The estimated delivery times on the product pages will be reflective of this.
At Loupe, we take fraud seriously and do all we can to prevent fraudulent transactions. Our checks are rigorous, essential and are completed as standard for every transaction in order to protect both your security and that of our business. If an order does not pass the security checks in place we will contact the cardholder to confirm that the order is valid.
Whilst we’ll endeavour to meet your promised delivery date, if we do need to carry out further security checks, there may be a slight delay with your order.
If you decide to make your purchase with Finance we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive your order within the individual time stated for each product. Due to the credit application process, it may take longer for you to receive your items, although we will try our best to reduce delay and will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date.
Orders will not be processed on Bank Holidays so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays. Estimated delivery dates presented on the product pages and in the checkout will be reflective of Bank Holidays where applicable.
We'll do our best to make sure your order gets to you on time but please be aware that in severe or adverse conditions, our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.
