We don't like to keep you waiting.

What time must I order by for next day delivery?

This varies depending on where your piece is being despatched from. For most Loupe pieces, we're able to offer next day delivery on orders placed by 8pm, however, there are some exceptions to this. Please refer to the delivery date provided at checkout to be sure.

What happens if I’m not in for my delivery?

DPD will try to redeliver three times before sending it back to us- you can easily rearrange a convenient day for delivery with DPD by clicking on your tracking link.

Which carriers do you use?

We’ve chosen DPD as our distribution partner.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been
delivered yet?

When your order has been despatched, you can track your order’s journey by clicking on the tracking link or entering the tracking reference on the relevant carrier’s website. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. If your order is showing as delivered but you’ve not received it, please contact our client services team who will be able to advise you further.

How long does delivery take?

Can my order be delivered to a BFPO address
or a PO box?

We cannot deliver to BFPO and PO box addresses for security reasons. We require a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We are currently unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Are all parcels tracked?

Yes, we only use fully tracked services which require a signature upon delivery.

Can I choose a specific day and time for my delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific day or time for delivery.

Whilst you cannot nominate a time, DPD will communicate an hour slot with you on the day of delivery providing you entered a mobile number on your order.

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?

Yes, providing your purchase has been paid for in full. For security reasons, finance purchases can be delivered to your billing address or one of our boutiques only.

Can my order be redirected to an alternative address?

For security reasons, we are unable to offer redirections on any orders placed with us.

How does delivery work with finance orders?

Your item will be despatched if you have been accepted, have e-signed and successfully paid your deposit, and all fraud checks have been successful. Provided you have done this before our delivery cut-off time and no additional information is required; the product will be despatched the same day.

We can offer delivery to your billing address or to our Loupe Milton Keynes or Croydon boutiques.
