About this piece

Don't feel like spinning the colour wheel? Well, this TUDOR Black Bay Automatic Stainless Steel Men's Watch is just the right note of monochrome you've been looking for. Released at Watches and Wonders 2024, TUDOR has unveiled a reinterpretation of last year's burgundy model with an all-new radial brushed satin black dial along with a stainless steel 41mm case with applied rhodium-plated hour markers, redesigned Screw-down steel winding crown, Super-LumiNova hands and a sleek black rubber strap to match - let's just say it's minimalist-approved. But the allure of the Black Bay doesn't stop there. A closer look reveals a 60-minute unidirectional rotatable bezel with its easily grippable sides and on-so-chic numerals that follow the outer ring's contours. Impressive with all the right aesthetics? We love it.

Editor's Notes

Divers watches with handsome good looks, the TUDOR Black Bay collection brings together sixty years of diving heritage and conjures it into each and every timepiece. Housing TUDOR created movements and ‘snowflake' hands (a nod to the TUDOR watches used by the French National Navy in the 1970s), function and reliability lie at the core of every watch.

Nestled beneath the case lies the exquisite manufacture calibre MT5602-U. Accuracy tested at two temperatures, in six positions, and at two levels of power reserve, this movement boasts a formidable 70 hour power reserve and is resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. Oh, and with a 200m water resistance, you'll have a trusty companion above and beneath the water.
